Be mindful of what you eat by connecting with the flavors, taste and noticing how the food is affecting your energy level.
Watch your breath go in and out for at least 2 mins to connect with your body and soul.
Take a 15 minute walk in the morning. Also, you may want to take photos of all the simple joys that inspire you in nature.
