Saying a genuine thank you (no matter the situation) allows you to experience thankfulness in that moment. And practicing gratitude cultivates happiness.
Give To Others.
When we are kind and giving to others (paying it forward) it brightens up the a person’s day. What we give we also receive—the happiness and the joys circles right back to around.
Share a Good Meal.
There’s nothing more that I love than to enjoy a good meal and laugher with friends/family. Cook a good “home cook” meal and invite someone over for dinner or enjoy a good meal out.
Say your Bedtimes Prayers.
Saying our nightly prayers consistently lightens up our hearts from whatever “hurts” we feel we may have experienced that day. Allowing us to remove the blocks trying to steal and cover up our real joy and happiness.
