Most gyms offer free trial memberships to try out their facilities and/or fitness classes. Check with one of your local gyms Free trials. Make sure to read the find print and cancel within the required time. Most free trials will last for 30 days–that’s a great Free way to kickstart your fitness routine.
Most libraries have a large selection of fitness videos available to their patrons–at no charge! My library offers a Free 7-day for all workout videos. This allows me to keep a variety of my favorite workout videos on hand at no cost at all.
