You are not your illness. We all at some point in our lives may suffer from depression, anxiety and or mental illness. You may even know someone or you yourself suffers from a mental illness on a daily basis. It’s important for you to know that, “You Are Not Your Illness!” You are so much bigger than that! Keep your head above water–life will gets better! Just know who you are!
