We all want to be Happy! Yet, most of us (especially women) fail to realize how we are preventing ourselves from Living our Happiest Life. Mostly, because we fail to plan for our own Happiness. Leaving “it’ up to chance–and hoping all will go well. And when or if it doesn’t, we are devastated! This may even discourage you from continuing, or even trying again.
I’m here to share with you that you have to take an active role in planning your own Happiness. All while remaining flexible and letting go of expectations. Here’s a brief look at how the Process Works below:
These 4 Self-Love Action Steps just may unlock the chains that are holding you back from living your happiest life.
You need to decide where you want to be…envision your Happiness Life. Decide on who you see yourself being, if you were living your happiest life. What service or legacy do you want to give to the world?
Action Step: Envision Your Happiest Life by journaling, drawing and/or creating a vision board.Use “I want” and ” I Am” affirmations.
Yes, there may be people in your inner circle that may be preventing you from being truly Happy! These are the sabotagers who will drain your energy and may even become a huge dream blocker. Turn off the noise…
Action Step: Seek supportive and loving people who will motivate you on your quest to live happily. Here’s some helpful questions: What kind of people do you want to have in your life? Where can you find them? Who’s weighing you down? What healthy boundaries can you set?
Create a plan consisting of positive actions you need to take to reach your “happiness goal” and what “negative” actions and/or behaviors do you need to remove from your life to accomplish your dreams.
Action Step: Create short-term and long-term plans and/or projects. Start with one big area in your life that always seems to prevent you from living your happiest life.
Taking consistent action (focus and prioritize) will propel your “happiness goals” and create a momentum to allow more miracles to flow right in your life.
Action Step: Start taking small steps to accomplish your dreams and passions. What can you do today, next week, next month. You have to start somewhere–every journey starts with the first step.

There are days when we all are feeling a little down. And that’s ok! The point is not to stay down. Pick yourself back up–and know that there’s a rainbow on the horizon.
