“Everything you want is on the other side of fear.”
– Jack Canfield
FEAR, seems to be a stumbling block (if we let “it”) for many of us at some point in our lives. Fear is an excellent masker, you may not even be aware that you are succumbing to your fears–until it’s too late. The best way to defeat an enemy is to know how they operate and crush them at the beginning. You have to defeat and conquer your fears at the very start–don’t allow “it” to grow and sabotage your dreams.
Several years ago in 2013, I had an unexpected opportunity to relocate to North Carolina for a teaching opportunity. The fear and anxiety were mounting. I was relocating by myself to a new state and I had no idea what to expect. In addition, I didn’t have any family there that I could fall back on . When I got on the plane that summer day , I didn’t even know where I would be living (I was still looking for an apartment). Now, I’m not saying for anyone else to relocated in this fashion. I sure would have liked to have a better plan, more time and more money saved up. Yet, my heart was telling me to go despite my fears.
In the end everything worked out perfectly. I was so proud of myself for following my dreams, having faith and moving past my fears, and anxieties. This experience serves as a constant reminder that I can accomplish any dream in my life that I would often allow fear to control.
If you’re feeling doubt, anxiety, standing still and/or procrastinating, you probably under attack by fear.
You have to walked through your fears to LIVE to your HAPPIEST LIFE!

Here are 4 questions to assist you in moving past your fears:
1. What would love do?
Fear and Love cannot Coexist! Choose Love!
2. What would I do if I was fearless?
You are Fearless! You’re not going to allow fear to stop you from being dedicated to the life you want to live.
3. What would I tell a friend in the same situation?
Talk to yourself as a loving friend (positive self-talk). The same advice you would give to a friend is the same motivation that will motivate and inspire yourself to move past your own fears.
4. What’s the worst that could happen?
What’s the worst that could happen? Really face these fears of what you think that could go wrong and make peace with them (lay them to rest). Also, think about what’s the BEST that could happen too! You have to step out on Faith. If you always listen to that “small” voice of fear, you will never know All that you can Be!
