Most of us have experienced feeling dissatisfied with our lives. We may feel unhappy in our job, a marriage, or just with life in general. The feelings of anxiety can manifest in many ways: depression, frustration, anger and may even rage. When we don’t feel secure and safe–worries seems to come and steal or peace, and joy. Anxiety and Depression affects many women and young girls. And unfortunately there can be a long road back to full recovery and Faith.
Yet, there is always hope to get Back on Course.
Don’t allow feelings of being Lost to push you in a downward-spiral. Instead, use these feelings as a sign that it may be time to self-reflect, reconnect and regroup–guide yourself back on your Life’s Course
Start some inner reflection and connect with your divine self within. Realign with your original inspiration and passions.
Here are some great questions to start with:
- Why are you feeling lost and dissatisfied with your life?
- Who do you want to be in Life?
- What’s your highest excitement in life?
- What are your passions in life?
- What small steps can you take today?
2. SEEK SUPPORT.
Rather you seek outside support or use this time to reconnect with your spiritual faith– build a support system. In addition, use positive affirmations, scriptures, prayers to speak life into your LIFE! The Word is Powerful! What you speak from the Heart – YOU Create!
Even though, your life may look as if nothing will get any better, continued to have FAITH! Realize that your life is a reflection of your own choices and decisions. Avoid feeling guilty and being a victim. Just start making better choices and decisions that will propel you on back your life’s path.
Don’t be afraid to open up about how you are feeling. Reach out to people who you trust and feel safe with for support and guidance. You don’t have to walk this path alone!
3. CREATE A PLAN.
Use the inspiration you receive during your self-reflection and trusting your intuition to Create a Plan! Although you are creating a plan for your Life and the same time you have to Let go of expectations and be flexible. Nothing may not happen just as you expect them to happen. Yet, if you have Faith, you reach your goals and they have a way of being even more than what you could truly imagine.
Create short-term and long-term plans that envision what you see yourself Being in Life!
4. TAKE ACTION.
Take immediate action on your plans. You don’t have to see the whole plan to Start – just take one step at a time. Be organized, prioritize and be dedicated to your goals. The path will appear when you Start. Not to mention your actions will empower you by giving you the confidence needed to Keep Going!
There’s Always Hope!
Your Life will not magically change overnight just like it didn’t get off track over night. There were a system of continuous choice and decisions that have lead you in the place you are at now. Yet, staying in your rut is going to be your choice. In other words you got yourself into this and only YOU can do the work to change your life for the better. And I know that you will. You will look back at this time of your life as your biggest motivator and catalyst. So let’s get started! Start Living Today!
