Fall is a great time for planning projects. Why wait until the New Year to get started on your plans for 2017? Starting now will give you the jumpstart you need for a more productive year.
Although, I strongly encourage your to give all-year-long. Fall is a good season to seek organization, movements and just everyday people to give your time, resources and support.
This is the time to be Thankful. Not only do we want to be generous with are resources, we also need to be grateful for this year’s harvest. You may not be where you want to be; however, you’re just where you need to be—celebrate!
Releasing what no longer serves you, will lighten-up your load for the winter ahead. Just like the trees let go of dead leaves to make room for new growth come spring, you also need to let “it” go.
Prepare your body
Watch the animals, they are preparing and nourishing their bodies to sustain a long winter. We should take note to do the same. Detox and nourish your body for winter’s rest.
Autumn is also a great time to do some much needed self-improvement. For example, making positive health, diet and lifestyle changes. Start by reading a great self-help book(s) or by attending fall workshops/conferences for women in your area.

This may not seem like a self-love activity. Yet, with the holidays coming we all have a tendency to overspend. Creating a budget can help you preserve your resources–and help you to start saving a little nest egg to stride right on into the New Year!
