Well, as I shared with all of you in a previous post, I’ve gained a little weight in the last couple of months (you can read my post here). Those late night writing sessions really did reap havoc on my already established healthy lifestyle.
Yet, now I’m taking back control over what I put in my body. In turn, I ordered the Eat Pretty, Live Well Guided Journal by Jolene Hart, to assist me in this process. And let me tell you, I’m absolutely lovin’ this journal. The first day the journal arrived in the mail (on a Sunday), holding the journal in my hand seem to transform my previous thoughts about my diet by its sheer beauty and elegance.
